| During initial operations, Royale Homes Marketing Corporation marketed the real estate properties of Royale Homes Realty and Birdland Realty. Having successfully marketed these properties, it did not take long before Royale Homes won the confidence of one of the country's leading real estate developers—Sta. Lucia Realty and Development, Inc.
Proving its capabilities to effectively market its developer's projects, Royale Homes also won the trust of Sta. Lucia's joint venture partners. Barely four years from initial operations, Royale Homes had successfully marketed development projects in Metro Manila, the provinces of Cavite , Rizal, Baguio , Pangasinan, Subic , and in the City of Davao . Soon, agents and business partners started to flock to Royale Homes, thus building its sales force and network by leaps and bounds.
